Rebecca Hatch
Operational Lead
Rebecca brings more than 18 years’ experience in health and social care, having worked across residential care, home care, supported living, staff training and local-authority adult social care.
Her previous roles include Care Manager, Training Manager, Team Leader and Social Care Practitioner. Her qualifications include Pearson BTEC Level 2 awards in Introduction to Care Work and Introduction to Dementia Care, a Skillsfirst Level 3 Diploma in Management (QCF), and a Pearson BTEC Level 3 Award in Education and Training. She has also completed relevant Level 3 training in safeguarding adults and the Mental Capacity Act.
Rebecca is passionate about delivering genuinely person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence and choice. She has particular experience supporting people living with dementia and complex needs, alongside developing care teams to deliver safe, compassionate and consistently high-quality care.
As Prosper at Home’s proposed Registered Manager, subject to CQC registration, Rebecca will lead the day-to-day development of the service, support our Care Professionals and build trusted relationships with customers, families and local professionals.
